Welcome to S&A Sprint Driving School Inc. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. For more details, visit sprintdrivingschool.ca.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
To enroll in our AZ, DZ, or Airbrake certification programs, students must meet all Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) requirements, including holding a valid driver's license of the appropriate class and meeting medical standards. S&A Sprint Driving School Inc. reserves the right to verify documentation before training begins.
2. Training and Safety
Safety is our primary concern. Students must follow all instructor directions and safety protocols while operating school vehicles. S&A Sprint Driving School Inc. reserves the right to terminate a student's training session if their behavior poses a risk to themselves, the instructor, or the public. Our training is MTO-approved and designed to prepare students for official road tests.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Notice for training session cancellations must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Refund policies for tuition fees are governed by the Private Career Colleges Act and our internal school policies provided at the time of registration.
4. Liability
S&A Sprint Driving School Inc. maintains comprehensive insurance for all training vehicles. However, students are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or license suspensions that could affect their insurance coverage or legal ability to drive.
5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language towards staff or fellow students will not be tolerated and may lead to dismissal from the program without a refund.
